These terms govern your use of the Younex Solutions website and technical services. Younex Solutions is a technology & software company specializing in web development, e-commerce stores, custom systems, and applications. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Scope of technical services

We provide web design and development, e-commerce store builds, custom systems (ERP / CRM), mobile applications, AI chatbots, and search engine optimization. The scope, deliverables, and timeline of each project are defined in a separate written quotation or agreement that serves as the primary reference. Any work outside that scope is quoted and agreed separately.

Intellectual property of the code

Ownership of the project's code, designs, and final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our internal tools, libraries, frameworks, and reusable components — as well as third-party and open-source software — remain subject to their original licenses and the property of their respective owners.

Payments

Fees are paid according to the agreed schedule, typically an upfront deposit at kick-off and milestone payments on deliveries. Ownership of the final deliverables remains suspended until the full amount is settled, and payments for work already completed are non-refundable.

Delivery and responsibilities

• We commit to delivering project milestones on the agreed timeline with reasonable professional care.
• The client must provide the required content, access, and data in a timely manner; delays on the client's side may affect delivery dates.
• The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content and data they provide.
• Our services may be used only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Warranty and support

We provide a warranty period to fix development-related software bugs within the agreed duration after delivery at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover scope changes, new features, or issues caused by third-party edits to the code or hosting environment. Ongoing maintenance and support contracts are available separately.

Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable professional care but do not guarantee specific results such as a particular search ranking or sales figures. Younex Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the disputed service.

Confidentiality

We keep confidential the information and data we access while delivering a project, and do not share it with any third party except as required to deliver the service or as required by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; updates take effect once posted on this page.
